Health agencies continue to neglect the public, leading people to sue for access to treatment in order to save loved ones

Newswise – As the world continues to fight COVID-19, the Front Line COVID-19 Critical Care Alliance (FLCCC), a group of highly published and world-renowned critical care physicians and academics, will host a live discussion with families who have taken legal action to save the lives of loved ones. The discussion will include one of the FLCCC’s founding physicians and a New York-based lawyer. They were both at the forefront of a recent legal battle to provide access to treatment for an Ohio patient.

Extensive research and clinical evidence shows ivermectin to be a safe and effective treatment for COVID-19. However, public health authorities and hospitals in many areas continue to allow only very restricted use or outright ban of ivermectin. These actions only prolong the COVID-19 pandemic and hurt the most vulnerable people of all income levels. However, many families are fighting back and demanding that their loved ones have access to safe and effective treatments to prevent and treat COVID-19.

The discussion will include the latest legal efforts to overcome the misguided actions of the authorities in restricting the use of ivermectin; the role of physicians and lawyers in advocating on behalf of patients for access to ivermectin; and successful examples of individual legal efforts to gain access to ivermectin for loved ones suffering from COVID-19 when other treatments don’t work.

The discussion will take place from 7:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. ET on Wednesday, September 8, 2021 via videoconference. Link to join:

Urgent issues addressed during the webcast will include:

  • What have been the consequences when hospitals refuse to authorize medical treatment?
  • What are the legal options for a patient or their family when their doctor or hospital refuses to provide treatment?
  • How have recent results from the New York, Illinois, and Ohio court cases impacted hospital or local government policies on ivermectin access?

  • Ralph Lorigo, Esq. A New York based lawyer, who has successfully helped several families of patients gain access to ivermectin after being refused by hospitals.

About the COVID-19 Critical Care Alliance Front Line

The FLCCC Alliance was organized in March 2020 by a group of highly published and world-renowned critical care physicians / academics – with academic support from allied physicians around the world – to research and develop vital protocols for prevention and treatment of COVID-19 at all stages of the disease. Their MATH + hospital treatment protocol, introduced in March 2020, has saved thousands of critically ill patients from COVID-19. Now the FLCCC’s new I-Mask + prophylaxis and early outpatient treatment with ivermectin protocol has been released – and is a potential solution to the global pandemic.
